Under the new rules a Gr Ch Silver level must be obtained before submitting a dog’s conformation wins record to CKC with the performance title they have attained to qualify for the GrChEx title. Gr Ch - 20 points after championship is attained. Gr Ch Bronze - 50 points after GrCh is attained.

CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS. In order to become a champion a dog must: (a) be registered with the CKC, or have a CKC ERN number, or have a CKC MCN number, (b) have earned at least one 2 point win either at the breed or group level, and (c) win at least 10 points under a minimum of three different judges.

GRAND CHAMPION EXCELLENT RECORD SHEET. This form is to be used for the tracking of Grand Champion Excellent awards/points in conformation shows. To earn the GCHX title the dog must obtain: BIS or a BOB at a Breed National Specialty with a minimum of 10 dogs competing.
To be awarded a Grand Champion title, a dog must attain a minimum of 20 points, which must include a minimum of two (2) wins of at least two (2) points each. Points may be gained at breed, group, or Best in Show/Specialty level. Only the highest points earned at a single show are carried forward.
