May 26, 2012 · Toronto. I never badmouthed about dealfind. In fact, I’d been promoting their website in regards to numerous good deal, good referral program and good customer service. I did request a refund once (within 30 days period), and they handled and processed quickly without any delay.

DealFind refunded the coupon price within 48 hours of my complaint. Like most cases, the vendor sucked donkey nuts, but DealFind upheld their end and fixed their part of the problem when I asked them to.
