I still think they should provide clear instructions on how to refund, since purchasing (of course) goes incredbly smoothly. Apparently you e-mail [email protected]
DealFind refunded the coupon price within 48 hours of my complaint. Like most cases, the vendor sucked donkey nuts, but DealFind upheld their end and fixed their part of the problem when I asked them to.
