The only reason it ranks in the bottom half of this list is because it’s not as good as the original, and it doesn’t do enough to really set itself apart.

Apr 19, 2018 · Despite two problems listed as cons, Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams is good as its predecessor. I would consider the second installment as the last good film of the series until Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over & Spy Kids: All the Time in the World tarnished the series.
