I've seen some good video reviews on the Simmons including this model but was wondering if anyone has any experience with their customer service? Alesis CS is not too shabby. Especially when I reached out the second time to ask if I was still under warranty for a just barely two year old pedal blowing out.
Nov 22, 2016 · The name Simmons is owned by guitar center since the real company closed in 1999. The same company that makes parts for Simmons also makes parts for Kat. Simmons(since Guitar Center tool over) may at first have been just lower end, lower budget sets.
