The Shaw Festival is a not-for-profit theatre festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. It is the second largest repertory theatre company in North America, second only to Canada's Stratford Festival, located in Stratford, Ontario. The Shaw Festival was founded in 1962.
