Can I cancel and/or get a refund for my reservation? Once completed, Megabus reservations cannot be canceled or refunded, but they can be traded in for another journey up to 3 hours before your original scheduled departure.

Maple Bus tickets are non-refundable after payment, unless our company cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. However, you may exchange/reschedule your ticket for a $30 fee per ticket. If you require any assistance or have any questions regarding ticket cancellations, please contact our customer support team.
