May 20, 2018 · Durango state’s capital city, also known rather handily as Durango, is well-known for having the most historic buildings in all of northern Mexico. The star of the show is surely the gorgeous Baroque-Churrigueresque-Neoclassical cathedral , full of paintings on the interior.
