Your vehicle must meet the requirements to drive or deliver with Uber in your city. There are many options available, check to see which ones your vehicle qualifies for.
Required documents overview. These documents are required across Canada, but if you visit a local Greenlight Hub or review your city's local information, you can get potential additional requirements for driving on the Uber platform.
To drive with Uber in Canada, your vehicle must meet these minimum requirements: 4-door vehicle; 10 years or newer (2013 vehicle model year and newer) Good condition with no cosmetic damage; No commercial and/or Uber branding; No salvaged or rebuilt vehicles; Pass a vehicle inspection by a licenced mechanic; Registration

Requirements to sign up as a driver. To become a driver, you must: Be at least 21 years old. Have a U.S. driving experience of: At least one year, if you’re 25 or older. At least three years, if you’re under 25. Drive a four-door vehicle with at least four passenger seats, excluding the driver’s seat. Agree to a background check and pass it.
