Make the decision that’s right for you. Customer Choice is an Ontario Energy Board (OEB) initiative that allows customers on the Regulated Price Plan (RPP) to choose the price plan that works best for them. Effective May 1, 2024, the OEB announced no changes to Time-of-Use (TOU) and Tiered rates.
