The 2 shiny screws holding the reader to the face. When you do this the reader will free it's tether from below to the desktop and you can then lift the top as per the guides.

Last year i saw on Frankfurt Messe company with hundreds kinds of knobs but i dont know where i have their catalog. Sorry for my English it's NOT my native language, be patient, please.
