Turo has provided an excellent experience overall. Rentals are easy with no hidden fees, and their customer service deserves a 5-star rating. Out of 10+ rentals, I only needed their assistance once due to an unresponsive host, and Turo’s customer service was incredibly helpful in quickly rebooking my trip.
