Aug 19, 2022 · Do not miss dining at Konoba Scala Santa when you travel to Kotor, Montenegro. La Catedral – pasta bar – the best pasta in Kotor! My mouth is watering just thinking about La Catedral – pasta bar. We ate there twice in one week because the food was so good and I really recommend stopping by.
