You can use ShadowPlay (NVENC), Intel QuickSync and x264 encoders in OBS, but recording local gameplay is quite tricky in OBS if you want to capture 60FPS, but for streaming, OBS is the way to go. If you plan on being more professional. And use like a green screen, sub alerts, etc. I suggest OBS.
