Nov 17, 2019 · I have Shaw Gateway and none of my 3 ARRIS cable boxes are showing what shows are coming up in the TV guide. The guide just shows the channel name in the time slots. None of my shows are recording because of this! Help!
Follow these steps in order to view specific channel information from within the Ignite TV guide. Press the Guide button on your remote control to open the listings guide. Navigate to the desired channel within the guide. Use the left arrow to highlight the channel name/number/logo and press OK on the remote. Choose from the following options:
