Born Redcliffe WA. 13 September 1925 – 14 may 1992. Frank Moore reigned as one of Western Australia’s foremost jockeys in a career spanning 35 years, posting more than 2000 winners. “Tiger”, as he was always known, started as an apprentice just before World War II and retired in 1974, winning the WA jockey’s premiership eight times.
Frank Moore (born 1946 in Bay de Verde, Newfoundland) is a Canadian film, television and stage actor. He won the Canadian Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1976 for the film The Far Shore , and was also a nominee for Best Actor in 1978 for The Third Walker .

Frank Moore. 1953–2002. Frank Moore was born in New York in 1953. He grew up on Long Island and spent his summers with his family in the Adirondacks. From his earliest youth, he had a strong interest in the natural world, Moore attended Yale College, and spent a year in Paris at the Cite des Arts. He moved to the SoHo area of Manhattan in 1977.
