Bree Nicole Turner was born in Palo Alto, California. She was one of four children-the only girl-of professional football player Kevin Turner. Graduating from Monte Vista High School in 1995, Turner traveled overseas to enroll at King's College London, but returned to her home state soon enough to study dance at the University of California, Los Angeles.
