When I contacted support they seem send an email that it might be a rooted/jailbroken device. But it's just the regular Google Pixel 6 with Android 13.

Oct 27, 2023 · I cannot login to my partners.uber.com account from my laptop or I-Pad either, or the UBER driver and rider app from my I-Pad, so, the problem is not in any of my devices, it is with UBER somewhere in my account. I cannot login to my driver or pax account from my cell, so, no UBER rides for me as well. Odd that.....

I just tried to login to the Rider account, so I could close it. But instead I got another infuriating "something went wrong" message, which referred me to UBER support, which hasn't been supportive.

I find any device larger than phablets too distracting or take up too much real estate on the dash. I guess I could use it to check local rider vs driver but the way I drive I don't really have a use for that.
Feb 3, 2015 · I did not have the same exact problem but similar. I could not login on Driver App. I then was able to login on Dashboard. Said I was Wait Listed and needed to upload some documents I had previously uploaded months before. Emailed support and they just said to upload them again. Did so and was able to login to Driver App again. Pain in the butt.

Hello, Im trying to login to the driver app. Started driving before the pandemic and stopped once the first wave began. Now I wanted to go back and login to the app but its connected to my previous number which I haven't got access to because I've changed numbers.

You'll be required to watch a series of videos and answer some short questions after each. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Aug 4, 2021 · If you recently joined and haven't been able to go online since getting activated here's some things to confirm from a month of hell trying to get my app online. 1. Make sure all documents have been submitted and approved. Open app, hamburger menu button, account, documents. Everything should be green with a check mark.
