If you already have a username and password, visit koodomobile.com/selfserve, and try logging in with that information. You'll be asked to confirm some account information, and will need to validate your email address by clicking on the link we'll email you.
If your Prepaid phone is lost or stolen, you should suspend your service right away. Here's how to do it quickly: Log in to your Prepaid Self Serve account. Select the Profile tab. Select Report Lost / Stolen Phone in the Lost or Stolen Phone section. You can also Contact Us to suspend your service.
