Dario Argento(Italian:[ˈdaːrjoarˈdʒɛnto]; born 7 September 1940[2]) is an Italian film director, screenwriter and producer. His influential work in the horrorand giallogenres during the 1970s and 1980s has led him to being referred to as the "Master of the Thrill"[3]and the "Master of Horror".
Dario Argento is an Italian writer, director and producer of horror and thriller films. He is known for his "giallo" style, his trilogy of "Three Mothers" and his collaborations with George A. Romero and Asia Argento.
