S. Rangarajan (3 May 1935 – 27 February 2008), better known by his allonym Sujatha, was an Indian author, novelist and screenwriter who wrote in Tamil. He authored over 100 novels, 250 short stories, ten books on science, ten stage plays, and a slim volume of poems.
The Boys director was well-known for his collaboration with writer Sujatha and the two delivered blockbusters like Gentleman, Kadhalan, Indian and Enthiran (Robot).
Sujatha was born on 3 May 1935 in Triplicane, Madras Presidency, British India. He was a writer and producer, known for Enthiran (2010), Dil Se.. (1998) and Vikram (1986). He died on 27 February 2008 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
