Elias Aalto (ent. Pietilä, s. 1986) on suomalainen yrittäjä ja sijoittaja. Aalto on tullut tunnetuksi yhtenä Wolt-ruoankuljetuspalvelun perustajista. Sittemmin hän on toiminut yrityksen neuvonantajana. Aalto oli syksyllä 2023 mukana Leijonan luola-sarjan uudella kaudella yhtenä ohjelman sijoittajista eli Leijonista.
