This is a condensed, PDF, version of Steve Hein's original "EQ for Everybody - A practical guide to Emotional Intelligence", published in 1996. Steve's book was the second book in the world to be published with the words "Emotional Intelligence" in the title.
EQI was started by Steve Hein, and is a website mainly about Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Abuse. Since Steve passed away in September 2019, EQI is now managed by a small group of volunteers.
