Peter Graves (born Peter Duesler Aurness; March 18, 1926 – March 14, 2010) was an American actor who portrayed Jim Phelps in the television series Mission: Impossible from 1967 to 1973 and in its revival from 1988 to 1990. His elder brother was actor James Arness.
Peter D. Graves is an American film producer, marketing executive and consultant. He is best known as the former co-president and COO for PolyGram Films, the marketing and distribution arm of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, a position he held from 1996 to 2000.
As C-level Executive or Senior Advisor/Marketing Consultant, Graves has played a guiding role in the marketing and release of over 200 films which have accounted for 60 Academy Award nominations and 15 Academy Awards while registering multi-billion dollars in worldwide grosses.
