When I tried to turn in Lunk's quest, he was nowhere to be found. Leaving and re-entering the garrison didn't work, going to someone else's garrison didn't work, logging out and back in didn't work -- he's completely MIA. I'll just have to wait and hope he shows up eventually. Stupid ogre.
