Victor Mikhailovich Glushkov (Russian: Виктор Миха́йлович Глушко́в; August 24, 1923 – January 30, 1982) was a Soviet mathematician, [1] the founding father of information technology in the Soviet Union and one of the founding fathers of Soviet cybernetics .
Glukhov's oeuvre can be characterized by a gradual development of imagery, stylistic and compositional principles — the path followed by Viktor Kalinin and Viktor Rusanov, artists of inimitable originality and a poetic, accentuated individual manner of painting, perception of the world and understanding of national artistic tradition.
