Annette Kristina Olesen (født 20. november 1965) er en dansk filminstruktør. Hun har allerede med sin første egentlige spillefilm, Små ulykker, vakt international opmærksomhed, og filmen var nomineret til Guldbjørnen ved Berlin Filmfestival i 2002, ligesom filmen indbragte holdet Den blå engel samme sted.
Annette K. Olesen has served as a teacher at the National Film School of Denmark and conducted masterclasses in the Netherlands, Norway and Egypt. She has also acted as a board member of Danish Film Directors (2009-2015, as chairman/deputy chairman 2013-2015) and of TV 2 Denmark (2012-2018).
