Howard Lindsay Goodall CBE (/ ˈ ɡ ʊ d ɔː l /; born 26 May 1958) is an English composer of musicals, choral music and music for television. He also presents music-based programmes for television and radio, for which he has won many awards.
Howard Goodall is a British composer, writer and musician who has created theme tunes for popular BBC comedy series such as Blackadder, Red Dwarf and The Vicar of Dibley. He is also an expert on The Beatles and has presented educational programmes on music, such as 20th Century Greats and Sgt Pepper's Musical Revolution.
