He is credited with writing or co-writing numerous comedy films, including Old School, The Hangover: Part II, Semi-Pro, Road Trip, and many others. He is also the writer and director of the 2015 film, Search Party. The film was released in the US in May 2016.

The series premiered on Showtime on April 10, 2016. On September 22, 2016, Showtime renewed Dice for a seven-episode second season, which premiered on August 20, 2017.
