Cecilia "Cissi" Elwin Frenkel, née Elwin (born 1 June 1965) is a Swedish journalist and television presenter. She was early on a journalist for SVT and Expressen and, along with Martin Timell, the first presenter of the youth show Bullen, which was broadcast on SVT.
Hon är dotter till journalisten Göran Elwin och Hélène Andræ samt dotterdotter till Staffan Andræ och Kerstin Andræ. Hon var sambo med regissören Tomas Alfredson 1992–1999 och har två barn med honom. Åren 2008–2015 var hon gift med journalisten Henrik Frenkel .
