Kevin Tighe ( / taɪɡ /; [1] born Jon Kevin Fishburn; August 13, 1944) is an American actor who has worked in television, film, and theatre since the late 1960s. He is best known for his character, firefighter-paramedic Roy DeSoto, on the 1972-77 NBC series Emergency! Tighe was cast in his first major film as an extra in 1967's The Graduate.

In a 2010 interview with the Los Angeles Times, Tighe said opened up about their life-long friendship. "Randolph and I have stayed good friends," the actor said.
