Ingrid Bolsø Berdal ( Urban East Norwegian: [ˈɪ̀ŋrɪ ˈbʊ̀lsøː ˈbæ̀ːɖɑɫ]; [check tone] born 2 March 1980) is a Norwegian actress. She started her career with the 2005 short film Limbo. Her first leading role was in the Norwegian slasher film Cold Prey, released in October 2006.

Ingrid Bolsø Berdal (født 2. mars 1980 i Levanger) er en norsk skuespiller fra Utøy på Inderøy i Nord-Trøndelag, bosatt i Son i Vestby. Berdal har mellomfag i musikk fra NTNU og skuespillerutdanning fra Statens Teaterskole 2001–2004. Hun ble ansatt ved Det norske teatret fra 2004, og mottok Heddaprisen som årets debutant i 2005.
