Gabriel Landeskog (pronounced [ˈɡɑ̂ːbrɪɛl ˈlânːdɛˌskuːɡ]; born 23 November 1992) is a Swedish professional ice hockey left winger and captain of the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected second overall in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft by Colorado.

Then, on May 9, 2023, the Avalanche announced that Landeskog would miss the entirety of 2023-24. There was some hope that he could have potentially returned had the team advanced past May of this year, but the Avalanche were eliminated by Dallas in the second round.
