Julius Wilford "Nicky" Arnstein (born Arndstein; July 1, 1879 – October 2, 1965) was an American professional gambler and con artist. He was known primarily as Julius Arnold , but among his aliases were "Jules Arndtsteyn", "Nick Arnold," "Nicholas Arnold", "Wallace Ames", "John Adams", and "J. Willard Adair".

Nick Arnstein was convicted of the 1919 bond heist, New York Times, May 5, 1921. This was after Arnstein had gone "on the lam" for six months, becoming the "Most Wanted Man" in North America. Fanny was constantly tailed by police and her home searched, once in front of Brice and his sister.
