If you still have a question or concern regarding BC Hydro or your account, you can request support through our customer support centre. You'll need to log in using a MyHydro profile to submit a request. Please note that our turnaround times for requests is seven to eight business days.

Check the outage map to see if we're aware of the outage. If your outage isn't shown, call 1 800 BCHYDRO (1 800 224 9376) or *HYDRO (*49376) on your mobile or report it online. See our outage status definition list to learn what the status of your outage means. All times listed are Pacific Time.
Log in to your bank's website, go to the pay bill section and add or select BC Hydro as a payee. You’ll need to have your BC Hydro account number on hand. You can also pay in person at your local branch, using telephone banking or an automated banking machine.
