Nerses Hovhannisyan ( Armenian: Ներսես Գեդեոնի Հովհաննիսյան; 12 October 1938 – 23 October 2016), was an Armenian film director, actor and screenwriter. He graduated from the Directing Department of Yerevan Fine Arts and Theatre Institute in 1959.
Nerses Hovhannisyan. Director: Otar khagher. He graduated from the Directing Department of Yerevan Fine Arts and Theatre Institute in 1959. Since then he has worked permanently at Armenfilm Studios. In 1966-1967 he was assisting Russian director Yuli Raizman during the shootings of _Tvoj sovremennik (1967)_.
