Synopsis. SPECTRE operative (#2) Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi) devises a plan to hold NATO to ransom (for $280 MM or 100 MM pounds) by hijacking two atomic bombs from a Royal Air Force (RAF) Avro Vulcan strategic jet bomber during a training exercise.
