Synopsis. Geum-ja Lee (Yeong-ae Lee) has spent thirteen years in prison for the murder of a little boy and is about to be released. We see a group of carolers dressed in bright red Santa Claus suits, waiting for her release. One of them remarks that Geum-ja is rumored to be an angel.
This is the story of LEE Geum-ja, a beautiful and deadly young woman, half angel and half devil, as serene as she is furious. After going through a hard time, Geum-ja found herself sentenced to 13 years imprisonment for murder. After being released from prison, she is on a mission of vengeance.
