Impostor is a 2001 American science fiction psychological thriller film based upon the 1953 short story "Impostor" by Philip K. Dick. The film starred Gary Sinise, Madeleine Stowe, Vincent D'Onofrio, and Mekhi Phifer and was directed by Gary Fleder.
The weapon engineer Spencer Olham has lost his father in the war with the Centaurians that have not been seen by humans, and is happily married with Dr. Maya Olham, who works in the emergency of a hospital. His best friend is Nelson Gittes, who works with him in a top-secret facility.
