A run-of-the-mill French thriller, playing with the generic tropes of damsel in distress, femme fatale, psychotic women, jealous wife, lustful stalker, conspiratorial lawyer, yet never quite achieve a balance between ambiguity and plot, and mainly trailing on a surface level.
