Apr 8, 2024 · Dear Settlers, In 1993, Blue Byte released the very first "The Settlers" game, launched for Amiga in Germany, and followed later with international releases after great reception and success. It's been wonderful 30 years on PC, a long, meaningful and nice journey which we'd like to celebrate with a special.
1) A player wishes to make lots of gold coins, and is willing to wait. This player will post a trade at an inflated price, knowing that another player will likely need his goods in a hurry and will be willing to pay more than the understood going rate. Gerontius, A huge thank you for this. I now understand how this stuff works. I have played around with the simulator that Asipak had written (which was amazing in its detail and those databases of previous simulations are very sorely missed), but that mainly just to work out how to continue when I had messed up a block, or if I just didn't have the troop availability that a guide required.

OK, apologies and learning experience for others maybe. First, the sound problem wasn't just settlers, it was my whole system. After much inept fumbling, I finally and accidentally found the control panel. From there I pulled up sound devices. Windows 10 installed a new audio program on my system, and that wasn't working.
