The Secret of Blood Island (also known as P.O.W.) is a 1965 British war film directed by Quentin Lawrence and starring Jack Hedley, Barbara Shelley and Patrick Wymark. The film is a prequel to the 1958 film The Camp on Blood Island.

Synopsis. During World War II, British secret agent Elaine parachutes from her disabled plane over Malaya. She is found in the jungle by Sergeant Crewe, who is held as a POW by the Japanese in a camp the inmates call "Blood Island" because of the sadistic officers in charge.
