I Love You Baby is a gay -themed romantic comedy film from Spain released in 2001 . Plot. Marcos ( Jorge Sanz) comes to Madrid to live with his aunt and uncle and work in their restaurant. He dreams of opening a restaurant of his own one day and of finding love. Love he finds in Daniel ( Santiago Magill ), a struggling young actor.
Knocked unconscious by a falling disco ball, gay Marcos awakes thinking he's a heterosexual. After the accident, Marcos settles down with immigrant Marisol. His heartbroken boyfriend Daniel makes several attempts to win him back.
