THE WINDMILL MASSACRE is nothing more than a low budget Dutch slasher movie set in and around a windmill being visited by a group of the usual diverse tourists. On arrival they find themselves stranded, but matters are to worsen when a mysterious masked maniac begins to butcher them one by one.

A group of random tourists all end up together on a historic windmill tour. Turns out they're all sinners and are actually being ferried off to windmill where they'll receive some old timely Dutch style Satanic justice. A leathery faced Miller does satans bidding by dispersing turds with his scythe. Nothing new but still enjoyable.
