Seamus Thomas Harris O'Regan PC MP (born January 18, 1971) is a Canadian politician who has been the federal minister of labour since October 26, 2021, and minister of seniors since July 26, 2023. A member of the Liberal Party, O'Regan was elected to the House of Commons in 2015, representing St. John's South—Mount Pearl.
Previously known to Canadians for his 10 years as co-host of CTV’s Canada AM, he was named one of Maclean’s magazine’s “100 Young Canadians to Watch” in 1999, and was twice nominated for a Gemini Award. In 2007, he became the first journalist to be named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40.
