Highlander: The Animated Series is an animated television series which premiered on September 18, 1994. It is a loose spin-off and sequel of the 1986 film of the same name. The series was produced by Gaumont Television with the worldwide distribution rights owned by Bohbot Entertainment (later BKN International).

Sep 18, 1994 · Long awaited by the Jettators, an Immortal warrior has arrived to put an end to Lord Kortan's evil reign. His name is Quentin MacLeod and he is the Highlander. Kortan's hunters have ruthlessly raided Quentin's village, killed his mother and enslaved his friends.
Who dominates the world, but soon an Immortal will come to confront him, his name is Quentin MacLeod, he is the Highlander. This animated series followed the adventures of Quentin MacLeod, the Last of the MacLeods. Set in a post apocalyptic world almost barren of technology and civilization.
