Cave Spring Vineyard is, without question, one of the Niagara Peninsula’s most awe-inspiring vineyard sites. In 2022, we opened the doors of our vineyard tasting room on Cave Spring Road, giving wine lovers a hands-on experience of CSV’s magnificence.
This wine originates from our Cave Spring Vineyard, nestled on a hillside of the Niagara Escarpment overlooking Lake Ontario, known as the Beamsville Bench. Along these gentle slopes, limestone-clay soil, elevation and moderating onshore breezes create a terroir of great distinction.
