    Background: Hollywood Pictures Home Entertainment (formerly "Hollywood Pictures Home Video") was the home entertainment arm of Hollywood Pictures that was established in 1990 to distribute all of the company's releases on video.

    Nicknames: "The Sphinx", "The Egyptian Sphinx"

    Logo: Same as its film counterpart, but with "HOME VIDEO" (later "HOME ENTERTAINMENT") added below and the three lines below the sphinx are shorter to fit the width of "HOLLYWOOD PICTURES". Also, it's videotaped.

    Variants:

    •On the 2002 VHS reissue of Tombstone (released to coincide with the film's Vista Series DVD reissue), the words "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" are smaller and are arranged the same as on the Home Video variant.

    •On some British rental releases from the early 2000s, such as Mystery, Alaska and Gone in 60 Seconds, the word "PRESENTS" in blue and in Optima font appears below the logo.
