    Sesame Chicken Cucumber Noodle Salad
    Food.com
This is a great recipe that is a hit at potlucks. This is my adaptation of an original recipe by Ming Tsai. The dressing is best made a day ahead, and is not included in the cooking time.
    Chicken With Hoisin Tea Sauce

This is much adapted from a Ming Tsai duck recipe. It is delicious! Times are estimates (does not include time for marinating).
    Triple Green Peanut Dip
    Food52
This recipe is adapted from Ming Tsai’s Asian Pesto, in his book Blue Ginger, 1999 This dip works well with any raw vegetable, or vegetable chips. It can also be used as a marinade for chicken or fish. My favorite way to serve it is as a dipping sauce with endive and pakoras. Will keep refrigerated for up to one week.
    Best Vegetarian Pot Stickers
    Food.com
If you like Chinese dumplings, these vegetarian pot stickers will blow your mind!! They are very easy to make (contrary to what people may think) and dumpling skins are available even in Western supermarket now. This recipe should use up one package of round dumpling skin and enough to serve a big crowd as appetizers. You can make these dumplings way ahead of time and defrost and pan-fry them just before serving. A recipe by Ming Tsai.
    Asian Sloppy Joe Sliders
    Delish
At his Boston gastropub, Blue Dragon, star chef Ming Tsai will serve these Asian-accented sliders that are based on a recipe his mother made for him when he was young.
    Asian Ratatouille With Couscous

I served this flavorful side dish with Recipe #408963 at a dinner party. It plated up so elegantly. This is a Ming Tsai recipe that was prepared on the Today show that I just had to try.
