Nashville Beat, made 14 years after Adam-12 went off the air, is a great reunion movie for its two stars, Martin Milner and Kent McCord. In fact, their characters even resemble Reed and Malloy. They started in the LAPD, O'Neal (Milner) training Delany (McCord) in a patrol car and they later became good friends.
Nashville isn’t big enough for drug dealers and cops. But no-one’s going to leave without a fight. A Los Angeles police officer named Mike Delaney transfers to Nashville joining his former partner. Together they battle gangs and get to know each other again.
